They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
Besides the paragraph above that was computer generated, this group is the best!

i would recommend dr pifer there but no one else. they dont cancel appts but they gave me a vet that was just returning after not practicing awhile. her hands shook and she smelled like cigarettes. i got the impression she didnt know what she was doing. my cat it turns out, had diabetes. it was an expensive process and when i had issues with the bill, i was given a very cold response by the staff. i had only asked them to take a postdated check until payday since the bill was about $500. they wouldnt do it until my MOTHER actually called and pleaded with them. meanwhile i had been going there for YEARS. drs have to realize their business manager and tech staff is just as important as the care they give.
