I am not impressed. Staff was nice but my cat is dying. Took her in because she had not been eating or drinking, was very weak and dehydrated. I told the assistant that when I saw the cat eating for the past week or so she seemed to have trouble chewing her food. She'd twist her head side to side and maneuver the food around her mouth. They would not let me go into the exam room so I have no idea if the doctor looked into her mouth. I see now she has a huge sore on her tongue. It's probably been too painful for her to eat. So the diagnosis was kidney failure. He refused to hydrate her because I could not afford $200 worth of blood tests. So my cat is dying because of a sore on her tongue. I would give NO star but had to choose one
