We had a rare breed dog we wanted to breed so we could sell the puppies. They couldn't do the artificial insemination at the Macon Vet clinic and referred us to Columbia. We ended up at the Noah Ark Clinic did the whole procedure and we ended up where the clinic thought the mother was carrying 5 pups. Since we used the the Macon Clinic for years they told us not to worry (LOL) they would be there for us when it came time for us to deliver the pups. I guess that was all talk and no action!!! When she started delivery at midnight we could tell she was having problems. So we called the clinic and the Dr. Milhollin was on call called back and didn't provide any ideas or asked to bring her in or come to the house. As the night progressed we made three more calls all returned but still no advise or help!!! Around 8 in the morning which was already way too late he said he would come out. Still did nothing!!! I had to demand Dr. Milhollin to feel the mothers belly to see if there were any pups still in the birth canal. Half heartily he did a minimal probe. Due to their “will be there for us”, we ended up with three dead pups and only two that made it through the delivery. Due to their lack of help we lost $4500 because of the loss of the three pups. Never trusted them again and went to another vet. Noah Ark was great and if they weren't so far away we would have gone all the way to Columbia but I didn't think the mother would make it that far.
