Awful customer service!! I initially brought my dog here after adopting from CMHS. Their fees were reasonable so we came back to them after adopting a kitten and I've had nothing but frustration with them. I couldn't really speak much for their animal care because their people skills are really terrible. Thanks to Noah's Ark front desk, I found another, BETTER, vet clinic.
