They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
When I called to make my appointment, I had some questions, the receptionist seemed very irritated that I had questions. I work in reception and know how important it is to make people feel welcome. I believe she even sighed loudly when I asked another question, didn't even answer it and then said "do you want this appt or not??" Rude. I wish the owner would address this problem but perhaps that's why they continue to be rude, because there is no accountability there. The vetrinarians themselves are very helpful but getting past the rudeness of the receptionists is very hard.They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
One area of improvement could be keeping their kennels and holding areas a little cleaner, I wasn't overly impressed. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
