I thought they were a very thorough vet, but I had found out the hard way they do not do extra preventative care on animals. My male lab had been seen there for his whole life and was diagnosed correctly!
I was always taking him in for intestinal problems, constipation/diarrhea and every time they would send me home with meds to give him and things would get slightly better and then back to square one. They never did x-rays! They had did some blood test on him a few times and the results would come back with high liver enzymes! but nothing to be concerned about. Well he came down with an affected tooth that had to be surgically removed, they him on antibiotics for a week and did another blood test to make sure everything was ok for surgery, well his liver enzymes came back high but "he will be good to go for surgery", so they scheduled him for surgery. 3 days prior to surgery he became sick. I scheduled him with a different vet the next day and they immediately did an x-rays etc... and found a huge mass in his abdominal cavity. Hmm, this had been there for a long while. I had to put my sweet boy to sleep that day. This could have been a different outcome if x-rays were taken years prior. Please do not go here, if you do take matters in your own hands and tell them what test you want done.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing didn't seem too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either. the customer's always right Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. My dog had to have her teeth pulled due to an infection. After the procedure she lost a lot of weight and would not eat. I informed them of this and they assured me this was normal. A week later she was to be spade. She was not any better again I let them know. They said she would be fine and did the spade procedure. A day later she passed in her sleep. I let them know what happened and they said sorry we should not have spade her and done blood work instead. Really.
