They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They were great until they messed up the crop on my dog's ears... They still say that "It's fine," and it is not fine. I had them re-crop one of the ears, but Dr. Noble would not take off any more cartilage. Then they wanted to charge me for her second round of pain meds and antibiotics... when I refused to pay, they sent my little puppy home without them! Just not a good experience with ear cropping. Staff WAS very nice until then.
