As a long-time customer of this office, it seems that the growth has taken precedence over customer service. Over the last few years I have NEVER been seen for an appointment without waiting over 1/2 hour. The charges have escalated immensely as well. I am considering moving to another location that is not local but will respect my wait time and my animals.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
