They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I had always a very good experience with bringing my dog to the Harvard Vet Clinic. The doctors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and they take their time to be thorough. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have nothing to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy (as long as it doesn't interfere with the health of an animal) and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Usually, there are no long waits. And more importantly - my dog actually seems to like going there !

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
