They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I don't know where some of the negative reviews that I have read have come from. I have been going there for many years and have had a number of very sick dogs and Dr. Tranholm gave them excellent care. One of the dogs almost died at 7 years old with acute active hepatitis He has had larynx surgery and had his ear quilted so you can see we have had a very sick animal and Dr. Trenholm saved him. He is a yellow Lab and he is now 14 years old. . With Dr. Trenholm and her care he would have died. Of course, we spent a lot of money and it was a lot of work for the Doctor and for me. She is the best!!! Her staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I could go on and on about this practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
