Dr. Walker has been looking after multiple pets in my entire family, not just my immediate family.

In all, he and his competent staff are responsible for looking after 10+ animals within our family. We've used them for years.

I wouldn't even remotely consider taking my animals anywhere else. The staff is extremely competent, and works quickly when doing things that are necessary but unpleasant for our animals (nail clipping, checking temperature, etc).

Dr. Walker maintains a staff of veterinarians who are competent, friendly, well spoken, and extremely thorough to act in his stead or absence.

There is rarely a wait, and we are always treated with respect and courtesy.

Dr. Walker also extends his services to a rescue organization with which I do some work. Their expertise has ensured that many animals have been nursed back to health from parasitic infestations common amongst rescue animals.

I have been taking my pet(s)to this Veterinary Clinic for over 18 years. I really like Dr. Walker and the other Veterinarians there. The past year or two, however, they have become later and later with seeing me past our appointment times. Noone lets you know that they are running late, let alone apologize for running late. I work in an Emergency Room, so I know there are valid reasons a caregiver can run late for an appointment, but AS A BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, I at least visit the waiting patient every so often and apologize for the wait. The older, blond haired receptionist that is at the front desk of this office is rude, uninformative and unfriendly. I will regretfully not be going back there, solely because of their poor customer service.
