When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice, especialy when in such dire need of help for our dog. I let them know I was on my way since it was late in the afternoon. They said no problem. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and the care and compassion shown for my dog was second to none. They assisted as much as possible and quickly referred me on for the necessary additional care. They even contacted the veterinary hospital to let them have all the information they had obtained from bloodwork, etc. and also told them an appoximate time to expect us.
