Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. Dr. Blondin is a great & understanding Vet and for the short time he knew our Daisy he was very compansionate. I was recommended by my daughter and I would defineately recommend this clinic to all. The staff is outstanding! Thank you Dr. Blondin for all you did for our Daisy.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
