Horrible!!!
My pet was seen for a tumor, which the veterinarian recommended being removed and biopsied. Surgery was scheduled. When I picked up my dog, the area had not been shaved like I would have expected and there were no stiches. When I asked about it, I discovered that they had operated on the wrong area. The turmor that was supposed to be removed was never touched. So the dog had to stay overnight and go through another surgery. She is an elderly dog and surgery is difficult at best for her.

Two weeks later, I still don't have any biopsy results back. I was never told to come back to get the stiches removed. When I called to ask about the stiches, I was told to come in the next morning between 9:00 and 9:15. I arrived promptly. I sat waiting in the waiting area without being acknowledged. Another customer came in and was asked to come back before I was. When the other customer told them I had been there first, the staff said "No, he'll be there for a while". When I asked why, I was told that they couldn't find the doctor. I drove over half an hour to make this appointment and never got a call from this place to let me know there was a problem with my appointment.

I cannot trust this doctor and will never return.
