They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One time I called when they were closed and the vet was there doing something and told me to go ahead and come in to see him, even tho he wasnt open and was getting ready to go home. The animals are his first priority! I tell people from almost an hour away to come here first.
