They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful with my new puppy. also I believe the lady behind the desk, terry, well yes she was very helpfull and friendly

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. There are no designated bathroom areas for pets here, which I found odd. And on top of that there was absolutely no grass or bushes anywhere in sight. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
