I love Haines Road Animal Hospital. No other doctor could get my dog's skin condition under control. I went to several veterinarians before finding Haines Road and am so happy that I did. The doctor diagnosed her quickly and spent a lot of time going over everything. The staff is always so friendly. They go above and beyond to help with anything I need.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Had our pets boarded here.
1) Overcharged (double than previous vet for half the amount of pets)
2) Rude staff (couldn't own up to mistake of misplacing reservation)
3) Lost our property. Carriers went missing. They tried to pawn off somebody else's carrier to make of for loss.
4) Mr. Buso was oblivious to how staff were treating his customers and sadly was not very helpful.
5) Pets acted very strange upon pickup unlike previous times

The most stressful and inappropriately unprofessional experience I have ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time money or energy on this place.
