It is evident that this is a professional office. The physician and office staff are kind and considerate I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. My food plan was customized and included the foods I like. I felt very at ease and comfortable, and all my questions were answered to where I understood them. The atmosphere in the waiting room was very pleasant. Grateful to have found this physician office.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't feel confined at all by the food plan they created for me. I had plenty of variety, and was able to eat tasty foods.
