Dr. Faith is a very nice woman. The man at the front desk is very arrogant and rude. I wanted to make an appointment with her and he said if I had been a resent customer, meaning buying products from them, I said no haven't been in there for a couple of years. He said well then you can't see her or make an appointment with her. The reason I had not been in their store in a couple of years is because I use to go in and buys 200.00 dollars of products and I needed to return a product my husband did not want. He said they didn't do returns and besides he said this product is open. The seal was not broken. He was very rude to me. He said I know what church you attend and I know that pastor personally. I have a good mind on calling him and telling him how you are behaving. I said go right ahead and call him. I don't understand how that was relevant to what the problem of the product exchance was. Besides one review says pastor Kenneth and if that's the same pastor Kenneth. I think the man at the natural health clinic wrote the review himself. If it's the same pastor Kenneth he is talking about. The product I was trying to return was for men. He told me I could take it myself. Ha! A men's product. Really!? I think he will try and make a sale no matter what!
