Although I have just started the program and have only been on it a month I am very unhappy with the organization of this office. My first appointment I had to fast to do blood work, my appointment was at 4pm. I fasted all morning and all afternoon. They called me at 2:30 to tell me that they didn't have any needles to draw my bloodwork. I was pretty upset about that but I let it slide. I went in last week to get my weekly shots and the nurse was telling me the price I'd be paying for my evaluation and new prescription. I called twice this week once on Wednesday nobody answered and the answering machine said they were closed on Wednesdays, ok no big deal so I called the following day (Thursday) no answer I left a message. So here it is Friday no call back and I finally get an answer to try to make an appointment to get an evaluation and my new prescription. I was informed that upon receiving my payment last week for my shots not only did she not tell me I had to make an appointment for my evaluation or offer me one she also did not tell me the physician would only be there on MONDAYS. Oh and to top it all off my appointment wont be until April 10th!! That is in two weeks!! Not impressed at all!!
