Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed.. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I feel like they don't care about me. When I walked through the door, no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They overscheduled and were late for every appointment. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me to give me an injection and dismissed me from the room immediately after it was done to get the next person in there.

My first appointment with this office was disappointing. They changed my time without letting me know then made me wait until everyone else was done before taking me in. However, the doctor himself was great! My follow-up appointment was extremely disappointing. My appointment was at 3:30, I got there at 3:15 & everyone who came in after me was seen before me. I was not informed that the doctor had left for 2 hours during my waiting. The PA would not come & see me nor bring me into a room. The nurse trying to get me into a room had to stick me in Irena's room just to get me out of the waiting room. By 5:30, I still had not seen the PA nor the doctor! I heard the nurse telling Jeff to see his damn patient but he never did. I was there so late that most of the staff was gone, including the doctor himself & the receptionists. Shortly after 5:30, I decided to leave. Jeniffer, the nurse, was wonderful & tried her best to get me seen. But the inconsideration was completely unprofessional from those who were supposed to take care of me. Due to this, I have been in extreme pain for the last few weeks & need to find a new pain management doctor, again. Doctor Kaplan was very wonderful the first time I met him but I will never go back. The office is inconsiderate & unprofessional. To make a patient, who is clearly in a lot of pain, wait for almost 3 hours both times & never be seen the second time... that is just completely & udderly ridiculous & there was no excuse for it. I started having an anxiety attack & shaking due to my manic kicking in because of the way they handled my visit. It was rude & I take it personal. Doctor Kaplan should re-evaluate the way his office is runned. It's a shame because I know he could have been the one to help me majorly. What a shame.
