After many doctors over the years, I've never encountered such a caring, compassionate, well mannered provider such as Dr. William Tsai. He treats me like a member of his own family! Whenever I call, I either talk to Dr. Tsai immediately (if he's not with a patient) or I always receive a prompt response later. Appointments are always scheduled same day or next day. Once there at his office, on average I wait no longer than 5-10 minutes. Dr. Tsai is like my own personal concierge physician, caring just for me, making me feel special each and every visit. His attention to detail is appreciated. His friendly staff are courteous and helpful. I love my SuperDoc and wouldn't trade him for all the riches in the world!! Dr. Tsai takes such fantastic care of me!!
