Dr Thomas confirmed what I was already sure of. My VA doc was fulla beans. VA doc did the usual, stating muscle strain. Prescribed pain meds and muscle relaxer.
Dr Thomas X-rayed and confirmed disc and bone degeneration. After approximately 15 years pain and numerous VA docs one ordered x-ray, mri which led to replacement of discs and fusion of 3 vertebrae. Dr Thomas is at least 15 years ahead of VA. VA docs don’t listen to patients, in my experience. See Dr Thomas 👍

If you have back or neck pain, don't go to a medical doctor! Go to Dr. Donovan. In a couple of days, you will begin to have less pain. Keep going regularly until you feel a whole lot better. Then set up a regular maintenance plan
As in all professions, there are excellent & mediocre chiropractors. Dr. Donovan is the best!
