I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. You will feel at ease having your loved one cared for here. Their state-of-the-art facility offers the most advanced and sophisticated equipment available so that patients receive only the highest quality of care. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
