East Valley Hospice

Serving You With Dignity:
In this time of life, you want to know that your loved ones needs will be met physically, spiritually and emotionally. With East Valley Hospice, we offer choices and help preserve dignity while seeking to maintain the highest quality of life. We offer in-home care so those we serve can stay in the place they most want to be, surrounded by those they love. Family members receive support, too, from our team of professionals and volunteers.

Hospice is a fully-covered Medicare benefit so there are no out-of-pocket costs to patients. Medical Director Dr. Kent Allen and the team at East Valley Hospice consider it an honor to deliver comfort and care to patients and their families during this time of transition.

We understand that you may have questions. We are here to assist you and welcome your call or email for more information.
