The patient should never have suffered as they did, nor died. They were nonchalant of the severity of the situation and more concerned with their charts and notes.

The facility called tender loving care has personnel that are mediocre at best. They are never punctual! Worst of all they say they are coming and never show up or call. One provider said she gave shower to patient for months and did very few times. Called main office to complain, which I have done too many times and too numerous to count said they would look into the problem. Never a report as to how the situation will be solved and corrected. This aid Stacy is still working, and in a normal setting would be unemployed without any hope of real job. Would not recommend the TLC facility to anyone because they cannot perform when it comes to critical patient care the way Hospice is to work. THis facilities workers make their schedules and generally speaking, if not the majority are late or never show up. Are we to keep our lives on hold for unfulfilled promises that someone will show up to care for a patient?

There are some good nurses that need mentioning that make up for the tragic imperfections of the majority.( Mary and Courtney) excellent

Please do something to improve the image of hospice care in the community.
