Reprehensible and unprofessional organization. They do not care about anything but money they can make from dying people and their families. I needed help for my dying mother and Cleveland Clinic set me up with this hospice service; they were nothing but appalling and obnoxious. When I made appointment for the nurse to come home at a certain time, the nurse was a no-show. When I called and inquired for the reason, I was told (by Donna Banks) that the nurse went to see another client of hers and was not coming to see my mom. Their “explanation” was that I did not pick up the phone when the nurse (Kim) called me on her way and she would not waste time coming to the east side. I told them I made appointment for the nurse to come to my home at a certain time, not an appointment for a nurse to call me. And why would they send a nurse that needs to bill one hour travel time (instead of actual working time) coming from west side to east side? Nothing makes sense what they do. I was appalled by their service and unethical behavior of a nurse. I would recommend staying away from them.
