My dad was under hospice care for over a year and all the people at Kaiser were wonderful. They supported him and me during a very stressful time with love, humor and patience. I cannot imagine having a more positive experience.

I've never been to their headquarters, but when we had the Kaiser hospice involved with helping when my dad was terminally ill with cancer, I was very, very disappointed and frustrated with the services they provided. They were friendly and pleasant enough, but I didn't feel like I really knew what they were able to offer, and they never, ever showed up on time. Ever. They were hard to reach and just didn't inspire a lot of confidence. We changed hospice services later on and wished we had done that sooner. I would NOT recommend Kaiser Hospice. We felt more stressed and isolated having them than if we'd been on our own, to be honest.
