I visited Dr Creed to have a non- cancerous tumor in my arm removed in her office. She is in the cosmetic dermatology and yet after two months my arm is still swollen and sore and the scar is worse then the scar I had with breast cancer and a full hysterectomy- jagged and showing the needle marks. Worse of all, when I went back today she took no responsibility and remarked that the arm still looked swollen and the she didn't promise she could get all of the tumor out. She suggested that I visit a neurosurgeon and plastic surgeon. Why didn't she suggest this before she butchered my arm? I now have to start over and am facing surgery.

Please don't go to this doctor- you will regret it!

The office is virtually inaccesssable in terms of information.
They do not explain billing or insurance process or claims.
Slam bam thank ma'am approach.
I have given the office insurance information several times, they ignore it and simply send me a bill.
If not paid they turn it to a bill collector who promptly tells you if do not pay your credit rating will be adversely effected.
Patient rights are virtually nonexisted.
Spends 15 minutes with you , as a max, no information about billing or process. Factory medicine mass production a bank with stethoscopes.
