I cannot say enough to recommend Dr. Fotek and his staff. Everyone in his office was so polite and caring, understanding that each patient presents unique problems and needs a tailored plan of care.

I needed lower implants and a bone graft, but was in very poor, fragile health, and among other conditions had chronic pain and immune deficiency. Imagine my shock when the procedure was quick and pain free, and I healed quickly and without any adverse effects. Dr. Fotek is the best, no other practitioner can match his kindness and skill.

Staff was late from lunch and doctor showed up over 45 minutes late. I had requested many times to be informed of any fees before doing any procedure having no insurance. My requests were not respected. Later, an office manger called me offering to return my payment in full of I would rate them with 5 stars on Google. Then in a dispute with VISA, they stated in a letter that I was informed, which was not only a lie, but impossible as they had no way to know anything without having done an exam. And as a DMD myself am well aware of data collection. I would not recommend this practice to anyone as he treated me not only indifferently, but dishonestly.
