It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting and there is an educational and entertaining presentation on the big screens to help pass the time as I am usually early to my appointments. I appreciate the fact that they invested in their waiting area for my comfort. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous and the service is wonderful.
