The office was easy enough to find. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they may not remember my name every time. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. However I did not like it that she forgot my husband in the hall during my C-section and the anesthesiologist had to remind her he was there AFTER she started cutting. Also I did not appreciate her making my C-section appointment 3 hrs early last minute and then not showing up until the original time.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They seemed to have known the basics of my medical history before my examination. They asked the usual questions but didn't go into much detail.
