Their prices were fair. The level of dental care you get for the price is fine. The office staff (Angela) didn't seem too happy to be helping me. She was not very understanding or caring, and didn't show empathy for my situation. When needing to reschedule a cleaning, I was informed there was not an opening until May 28, 2014. When asked to be put on a waiting list, I was informed that if I did I would not be called. I received an inappropriate voice mail and a e-mail when I decided to terminate their services. I could tell my family's dental care was not their primary concern.

While the physical environment of this provider is good (easy parking, nice office), and Dr. Pottinger is friendly, I will not return to this provider. All four members of my family were patients of Dr. Pottinger. My husband just had her put in implants. We paid out of pocket $1798, plus the insurance paid thier part. Two months later my daughter (very busy full time college student, who also works, who also volunteers) misses her cleaning appointment and we get a bill for $50 for her missing the appointment. I guess they felt they hadn't made enough money off of us already. I will not go back and never recommend them.
