Dr. Vance Kirar is a proud father of three children and a devoted husband to his wife and business partner Dr. Jill Kirar. Together they opened Kirar Chiropractic Wellness and Goose Creek Spine & Injury Center more than four years ago. Their focus has always been to bring nurturing chiropractic care, spinal rehabilitation, postural stabilization & correction to the community.

Dr. Vance and Dr. Jill's backgrounds are in Logan Basic Biomechanics, and Chiropractic Biophysics which they studied while attending Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. They also focus on Scoliosis, Headaches & Migraine prevention, Pregnancy, Low Back & Sciatica Dysfunction; we work with Attorneys & Auto Accidents as well as help co-manage patients with Primary Care Doctors, Neurologists, & Orthopedists. Chiropractic care is for the whole family. Our goal is to make you comfortable and at home. Dr. Vance states that chiropractic care is not for one person, it is for all people and their families. Chiropractic care focuses on the brain, brainstem, and spinal cord and its goal is to promote 100% function of the body and its processes; this means higher level of health and longevity. Do you feel hopeless that you will never be better? Well that's a choice. Go to Kirar Chiropractic Wellness and start today to do something about it. I have a great relationship with these folks. They have corrected my misaligned spine twice and I'm a happier person for it. Being flat footed and having one leg shorter than the other never helped me but they have. I have always been athletic to a degree and they have kept me going. It's important as we age to keep our spines healthy and they will do just that. To go even further there is rehab there to give you the total benefit of getting well. The staff there is very professional and will make you feel at home. Do something now and quit suffering. Take it from me and a course others there is a better way to being healthy without shots and pain medications that aren't good for you.

I had a terrible experience with this practice, and I would not refer ANYONE to them. Dr. Vance Kirar left a business card at the gym I attended, and it advertised a free consultation with x-rays, no strings attached. I have had back & neck issues & have never visited a chiropractor, so I thought I'd check it out & then decide. They took me to a back room & I had to dis-robe. The staff was pleasant, and I thought everything was going well. Then Dr. Kirar came back there (while I was still in my gown top), and he started out friendly, going over my exam. He asked if I would be interested in coming back for treatment. I was genuinely interested but I needed to take some time to think about it & discuss the cost with my husband, and I politely told him this. At this, his mood changed like lightning. He became very angry and berated me. He said that I had completely wasted his time. He is a very large man, and I was extremely intimidated. In addition, I felt extremely vulnerable sitting there in my gown, unable to do anything but listen to him rant. He finally left the room, and I changed as fast as possible & left in tears. I called my gym & told them about the experience, and I strongly encouraged them to remove all of his business cards. If he did not want to offer a no-strings-attached free consultation, he shouldn't have advertised it. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met, and I feel bad for his family & employees. I cannot imagine spending more than 5 minutes with a man with such a horrible temper.
