You get what you pay for. Every time I go to Hair Cuttery Damascus, I am charged a different price. Their prices are not consistent. I was also told that if I were to get my roots touched up, JUST the roots, that I would not have to pay a "long hair" fee. Went back 8 weeks later, asked for a root touch up and was charged $20 for having long hair. I didn't fuss about it, just paid it and left. Last time I will go there.
