My first visit there was great. The lady who cut my daughters hair did an awesome job, best cut ever. We had brought in a picture and she did it exactly how we wanted.
Our second visit we seen someone else. Just like before, we brought a picture, only we wanted it a bit different than the picture. The details I requested were not followed, in fact, it was significantly shorter than the picture (I had requested it be longer than the pic). My daughter was very upset.
The lady had also walked away several times to engage in discussion with co-workers and customers while cutting my daughters hair. She was clearly not attentive to our requests or the quality of work. She gave her a cookie cutter haircut rather than apply our preferences.
It wasn't 'bad', but it definately was not what we wanted. If you take your child there be sure to stay at their side the entire time until you know they are able to follow directions.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
