I went to Da Vi Nails looking to receive a pedicure and getting artificial nails.. and my experience was horrible! When I first got there, there was no communication at all. My sister was along with me, they sat us both down and didn't even ask what we wanted to get done. just started filing down our real nails, and when I stopped the man doing my nails to show him a picture on my phone of the nail style I wanted (which was a very simple curved tip with a pointed look from the nail polish), he said it would be too difficult to do and it would chip too easily. From a "professional" nail artist I would of assumed he would be able to achieve the look I wanted with no problems, but he then refused to do what I wanted! So, I ended up choosing simple black tips. He was very rough and wasn't paying attention what so ever, and constantly kept getting up to do things around the store. After he applied the acrylic and put my hands under the UV dryer, I noticed specs and pieces of hair and filing dust set into my nails! AND when I requested he fixed it, he just stared at me and laughed! Literally LAUGHED at me. As for my sister, she requested a simple round tip with green nail polish and they gave her a terribly hard time about painting them! I'm not sure who the younger girl was, (looked to be about 15-17) but while we were sitting there trying to have a conversation she HUDDLED over us watching us get our nails done. When a customer came in to get her nails done, the woman doing my sister's nails got up and took the new customer, leaving the young girl to finish my sister's nails. Which, in some case is understandable but the young girl didn't even know what she was doing! She actually cut my sisters finger! This was probably THE WORST experience I have ever had. Regardless if they are out of walmart or not.
