Went in for a haircut. Lady asked how I wanted my hair cut. Advised her to cut hair of my ears and bring hairline to my collar (my hair was10 inches below my shoulders). Told her to keep the sides and back full and trim up the top. She started with scissors and got frustrated and grabbed clippers with a guard. Again told her to keep the sides and back full. When she was done, I had a very short GI haircut. She asked how I liked it. I told her it was too short. I had asked for the sides and back to be left full. She stated the next time she would know to do a scissors cut.and not use clippers. If the stylist does not cut hair the way the customer wants it cut, why are they even cutting hair? Then to say, "Look at all the hair I cut off of you", while cleaning up.. I replied "More than you were supposed to cut". Probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I am not a youngster. I am in my sixties and have had my hair cut by numerous barbers and stylists, to include military barbers. Will state again, worst haircut I have ever received. I hope the business takes this review and trains their stylists to cut hair the way the customer asks, not how the stylist wants to do it.

This was the worst experience I've had at a hair salon. I made an appointment for a shampoo and trim. When I arrived the beautician recommended cutting it dry. She talked to the girl working beside her the entire time she was cutting my hair. . I was done in less than 15 minutes. I was not told I would be charged the full price of a cut, shampoo and condition until I checked out. Needless to say my hair is more chopped than before I went! Appointment was at Crossroads Mall at 1:00 on September 30th. Thank you for ripping me on and ruining my hair!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
