They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Originals by L & S explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing!
