Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I noticed their business license hanging on the wall right away when I walked in. It made me feel even more confident about going there. My stylist didn't spray me with that much water, but I wasn't completely dry either. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
