AVOID!!! Dog Abuser (hit her little doggie NO LESS than THREE times during my SO SAD & LESS THAN 3 minute "ANGRY OLD LADY DOG & Human ABUSER!!!"

So, AFTER SO SIMPLY just tapping on her Studio's front door and, as politely as possible, simply asking..."Pardon me...do you have time for a Haricut?"

HER "CRAZY CAT LADY" (and DOCUMENTED Dog/Animal ABUSER!!!) ANGER is something I canNOT truly explain...yet here goes:

Me: "Do you have time for a Haircut Ma'am..."
Ellen: FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS!!! (after she smacked her dog AGAIN & AGAIN to get it to stop barking and/or biting her!?!)
Me: "OK...have a Nice Day..."
Ellen: "F-U...U HAVE TO PAY TO GET A GOOD HAIRCUT A-Hole..." MORE "CRAZY CAT LADY" Profanities as I exited her Studio's property LITERALLY BEING CHASED BY THIS DISGRACEFUL BARBER of Sharpsburg, MD.

After this SO BIZARRE episode, I was encouraged by the Humane Society to simply call 911 to REPORT THIS CRIME.

As of today (20 March 2023) she is "UNDER INVESTIGATION..."
