The staff was courteous,I HAD NO APPOINTMENT and only waited 5 min or less.She did a great haircut.They had four girls working.They cleaned up promptly.Great service.I would recommend Fantastic Sams in Jeffersonville,in.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back there. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon in my entire life. My daughter paid sixty dollars for a color and cut. The girl evidently cant do black people hair and failed to tell my daughter. Her hair looks horrible. I will never go again and will continue to complain until they give us our money back!!!!!
