I had grown my hair out for months so it was really thick and long and I could get whatever style I wanted.

I went here instead of a barber shop expecting a shampoo, style, etc.

They were shown a photo of a hair style I wanted it like. They then sprayed my hair with water like a barber shop, no shampoo, chopped my hair inches shorter than requested, and then keep chopping away thinning the crap out of it. It ended up looking like the same haircut I have gotten at a barber shop for the last twenty years but for three times the price.

I will NOT be going back.

This is not a place to go get a nice hair style. They can stick to low end women's cuts and men's barber cuts and I will go find someplace more upscale..

They are nice, friendly, timely, etc. and that is what the two stars are for.

But if you can't do something as basic as shampoo a customer's hair, cut it to a similar length they are asking, etc. then don't expect repeat business or a good review.
