.If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Regis Salon in College Square Mall today and received the WORST HAIRCUT I have ever gotten. The stylist s name was Kim I beleive, and I cannot express how bad the haircut was. I could tell right away when she started cutting that her technique was not correct and she took just a couple of minutes to cut my hair. Seriously, my husband could have done a better job. I have short hair and usually go to KJ and Company, but was in a hurry today and decided to save time. BIG MISTAKE. So when she was done I was almost in tears. I had to call my stylist in Waterloo and drive immediately there because it was so bad that I could not go out in public until it was fixed. She made me pay for the hack job and the manager was not available for me to speak with. So I called later and spoke to the manager and her response was that Kim has been a hairdresser for 25 years and she had not gotten any other complaints about her haircuts. Frankly, I do not care how long someone has been a hairdresser- that does not make them good at what they do! She did not offer a refund. So I had to pay twice today to get my hair cut. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
