Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Love the music they play... modern but not obtrusive. The salon was exceptionally clean and the staff talented and welcoming..

They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. My stylist didn't make an effort to keep hair off of me. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
