I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I would suggest Heather to do your hair. She is very knowledgable about the most popular hairstyles since she says she attends many classes. Heather really seems to care and she is also very informative regarding which hair styles/color would look best. She always makes time to style and dry your hair also so I always leave a nice tip to show my appreciation.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their prices were very fair, however the stylist I got completely ignored the haircut I wanted with a picture AND another worker there with the exact same cut and just seemed to give be a blunt chop all around that made no sense. This was a big deal as I had over 10 inches of hair cut off. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The other stylists you could tell knew there was a problem and never stepped in to help or offer suggestions. I had to leave and go directly to Great Clips down the street to FIX my hair best they could and got a much better cut for $13 there! Still not what I wanted though as I was already butchered too much from Lookin' like a 9 yr old little girl with a home chop from her mother with kitchen shears.

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Yes, I was able to go out right after.
