I got my hair cut and colored by Kim. I wanted it lighter and it came out DARKER! She has NO IDEA what she is doing! The owner charged me FULL PRICE and pretended like what she did was OK! I heard them talking in hushed tones and KNEW that Kim screwed up! The owner took NO RESPONSIBILITY! NEVER go here!
