Very racist people and they hired a black women to act just like them. I used to shop there faithfully but since they have become rude and ignorant I will not be back. The lady got smart with me because I asked her about a wig which is her job to tell me about anyway.. ridiculous.

I Had purchased a wig from okhee fashions and beauty supply and This Wig is very long and the price for the wig was overpriced When I had got the wig I thought it was Human And I thought that was what the lady had told me. I have never owned a wig before and I think she should have helped me and gave me information on how to care for my wig Nope she did not it was very hard to understand her english and I had it on layaway and let me say I do not like there return or exchange policy anyways I had went to finish paying on my wig and I got it so I took it home and I put it on Its was a very nice long wig until It started tangle so extremely bad so I called her and I said mam my wig is very knotted and tangled and she told me I needed a wig brush and I told I would also bring my wig up to okhees the shop and when I got there I told her to brush it for and that i didnt know the proper care for wig because this is my first ever handeling wig Ive never had one before she told me I was taking of my long wig and im like mam this my first time handeling a wig and she still kept telling me the same thing over and over I went home and started brushing my wig out and i could not get the brush thru all the way and wig hair was coming out very lots of hair was coming out as would brudh it so I finally gave up on brushing and I called my local beauty salon and asked them if they can untangle it and the woman said yes she has lots of leave in condioners/treatments and I brought the wig there to salon the next day and the girl felt the hair first and she told it was synthetic hair I was so upset especially for the price I had paid the wig costed $89.99 plus tax which came to almost a hundred dollars and any ways she put lots of leave in treatment in the hair and she got the hair untangled and it was back to normal for maybe only a little white and the next day I had to start brushing the wig again and my beauty salon hair stylist said that it was way overpriced for the quality of the hair being that its synthetic which did not no it was until my hair stylist told me it was so after another week and passed I was taking care of it and every time I brushed it big clumps of hair come out and i mean big so I put it on one day agian after brushing it out there was a big section of hair missing and I was very upset at the company so I called the company again again and the lady told me to bring it up there and so I that today and I wasted a whole trip if gas and nothing was done and im very upset for purchasing a very very cheap quality wig that should have only been $10.00 or Maybe $20.00 I will never return to okhees again I dont like any of there hair or products and I very upset for spending so much I will never return back to okhees
