I would never recommend them to anyone. I am terribly disappointed, the Full Keratin treatment that I spend $95 with a Living Social deal and an extra $160 for products that I probably don’t need because I’m certain I did not get a Keratin treatment and tip not deserved. I’ve had deep conditioners work better for me than this product used. While Alyson was brushing the so called “Keratin” on my hair it was dripping down like water, I have no doubt that water was the main ingredient in this product. I will not recommend this service at this place to anyone.

Their staff is very friendly but the stylist talked on the phone most of the time. Sloppy job and poor product - I had a Keratin treatment done. Not my first one - but certainly done differently and obviously not right according to the results. Left with greasy hair that I had to live with for 3 days. The keratin product is crap - didn't reduce the frizz and nothing like the other brands I've had in the past. Waste of money. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
