They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn’t even slightly rush my session. They made sure I was well taken care of.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
